The design works carried out for the renovation of the flat on the ground floor of Atakent Efes Sitesi in Karşıyaka, Izmir, emphasized functionality and aesthetics, focusing especially on the living room and master bedroom. The existing large and useless bedroom was made more functional by adding an en-suite bathroom. Lacquered cabinets with shutters added a modern atmosphere to the room by providing both storage space and an aesthetic appearance. The large living room has been made spacious and useful with design elements such as a bookshelf and a TV unit. Both balconies of both the living room and the bedroom have been redesigned so that the homeowners can have a pleasant time.

 

These changes made the house more modern, comfortable, and useful.
